At MattDarm Agency, we’re committed to providing high-quality creative services to support your business. Our services are designed for flexibility, speed, and creativity—built on a subscription model that allows you to scale or cancel at any time. Below is our full refund policy to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.
General Policy
By subscribing to our services, you agree to our no-refund policy. Due to the personalised nature of our creative work and the manual time invested by our team, all payments are final.
You can cancel anytime, but we don’t offer refunds based on satisfaction, as we’re being paid for the time and creative output we dedicate to your brief—not for guaranteed results.
Deliverables
We do not offer refunds for delivered content. However, we do offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
Once a deliverable is approved, it is considered final and no additional revisions will be made.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly via email, phone, or text message. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for cancellations partway through your billing cycle.
If you are charged after forgetting to cancel, we cannot issue a refund, as the production process for your upcoming deliverables will have already begun.
Renewals
All services at MattDarm Agency are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable. You will still receive the creative deliverables for that billing period, regardless of when or how you choose to use them.
Results Disclaimer
We provide creative assets to support your content, branding, and marketing goals. These assets form one part of your overall business strategy.
While we aim to support your growth, we do not guarantee outcomes such as follower increases, lead conversions, or sales. These depend on multiple factors outside of our control—including your wider strategy and execution.
For clients looking for more direct performance, we do offer a Leads Generation service as a separate solution tailored to those outcomes.
Kick-Off & Onboarding
Failure to attend or complete your kick-off meeting does not entitle you to a refund.
We begin our production process as soon as that meeting is complete or reasonably attempted. Refunds will not be issued after this point.
Scheduling & Technical Issues
Our content scheduling feature is available as part of selected plans only. If your plan includes it, we will assist with scheduling content via our platform.
However, we are not liable for technical issues with third-party platforms or integration tools. If these issues arise, no refunds will be issued, but we will do our best to resolve them—or advise on manual posting as an alternative.
Platform Policies & Content Restrictions
We are not responsible for posts that are removed or blocked by platforms due to sensitive topics or policy violations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Supplements and health-related claims
- Weight loss products or before/after transformations
- Cryptocurrency or financial advice
- Sexual wellness or adult themes
- Cannabis or CBD-related content
- Political or controversial topics
You approve all content before publication, and it is your responsibility to ensure it aligns with platform rules.
Delays
Delays caused by the client—such as missing feedback, late approvals, or unresponsiveness—do not qualify for refunds or billing extensions.
If delays occur on our side, we may choose to push back your billing date as a goodwill gesture, but no monetary refunds will be provided.
If we do not receive feedback or approval before your next billing date, we will proceed with producing your next batch of deliverables to keep your service moving. If more than 30 days pass without feedback, we consider the previous batch as approved and revisions will no longer be accepted.
Credit Card Disputes
By subscribing, you agree not to dispute payments that are clearly covered under this Refund Policy.
If a chargeback is initiated, all deliverables (including scheduled or published content) will be deleted immediately, and all communication will be paused. If you win a dispute via your bank despite violating our terms, we will issue an invoice to recover the lost amount, including fees. Non-payment will result in collection and possible reporting to credit agencies.
Blackmail or Threats
We will not tolerate refund demands made through threats of disputes or negative reviews.
Such behaviour may be considered blackmail or extortion—both of which can result in civil or legal action. Review platforms may also remove reviews found to be in violation of their terms.
